The Topcolor WB ESD system is used

  • For the renovation of floors already used in conductive two-component epoxy resins*. It will be applied first followed by Topfinish® WB ESD.
  • Finishing coating of epoxy resin systems. In the case where your floor is not conductive, the installation of copper strips and the use of the Neoprim Conduct in primary are mandatory before the application of Topcolor® WB ESD / Topfinish® WB ESD system.

* Conductive : allows to reach a resistance <10 ^ 6 Ω of the surface at point connectable to the ground, according to the method of standard EN61340-4-1.

Characteristics

  • High mechanical and chemical resistance
  • Good resistance to scratching and abrasion
  • Aesthetics : perception of flatness defects considerably reduced thanks to the matte / satin / slightly dappled finish
  • Waterproof and easily washable : excellent inertness to the usual diluted acids and bases, oils and greases, gasoline and solvents in accidental contact
  • Non-yellowing at the U.V
  • Conductive* when applied to an already-driving system

Supports :

  • Application on healthy, dry, soil-free and non-adherent supports
  • On old resin : mechanically or chemically check the conductivity level

Average consumption : 150 to 180 g/sqm/layer - Packaging : Pre-dosed kit of 5 kg or 4 kg base + 1 kg hardener
